In March 2026, USM successfully completed the Terminal E and F gate project. The installation comprised in total of 22 gate counters: 4 single, 14 double, and 4 triple units. Each counter is equipped with integrated biometric facial recognition systems, boarding pass scanners, and height-adjustable monitors and keyboards.
